Vision
Where do we want to go?
Clarifying ambition, choosing a direction and building a vision able to align the organisation, its capital and its stakeholders.
Who we are
MMA is a strategic advisory firm working alongside those who carry the responsibility for decisions, at the moments capable of changing an organisation’s trajectory.
Positioning
Strategy, capital, governance, corporate transactions, leadership and artificial intelligence are increasingly interdependent. MMA exists to operate precisely at that intersection, combining strategic perspective, management experience and the ability to stay with execution.
The client relationship is direct and senior-led. Every engagement starts from the decision to be made and is built around the problem, with dedicated capabilities and teams.
Senior attention. · Operator’s perspective. · Execution mindset.
Why MMA
One agenda. Better decisions.
The context in which entrepreneurs, CEOs and boards make decisions is changing faster than the organisations built to govern it.
Geopolitics, artificial intelligence, new configurations of global value chains, capital, demographic shifts and the pace of innovation act on businesses simultaneously. Uncertainty is no longer a temporary variable: it is a structural condition of leadership.
The challenge is not to predict the future perfectly, but to build the capacity to interpret what is changing, imagine different scenarios and decide even when part of the information is not yet available.
Major decisions belong less and less to a single discipline. A growth choice may require capital. An acquisition may reshape governance and leadership. The arrival of an investor may change ambition and pace. A new strategy may call for different capabilities and organisations. Artificial intelligence may transform processes, productivity, decisions and business models all at once.
Many organisations still address these questions through specialist silos. But the problem facing an entrepreneur, a CEO or a shareholder does not arrive organised according to their advisors’ practices.
It arrives as a decision.
A new demand for advisory
Decisive moments call for specialist expertise, but also for someone able to sit on the same side of the table: to hold strategy and capital together, to read a transaction from its industrial logic, to connect governance and leadership, to interpret technology without separating it from the business.
That means testing a choice when necessary, building alternatives and staying with the decision through to its realisation. MMA does not start from a service to offer. It starts from the decision the client has to make.
The MMA model
Five questions every organisation has to face together, not separately.
Where do we want to go?
Clarifying ambition, choosing a direction and building a vision able to align the organisation, its capital and its stakeholders.
How will we make decisions?
Building structures that raise the quality of decisions, strengthen accountability and improve how ownership, board and management work together.
Where will value come from?
Connecting strategic choices to growth, performance, capital and sustainable value creation.
Who will make change possible?
Building the leadership, the organisation and the capabilities needed to turn strategy into results.
How can we decide better?
Bringing artificial intelligence and data into strategy, processes and decisions, turning them into a new infrastructure for leadership.
What will shape the next chapter?
What we believe
Every transaction must start from a clear strategic reason. An acquisition, a divestment, an investment or a partnership are not ends in themselves, but instruments through which the future of the business is built.
The deal is a means. Strategy gives it meaning.
No transformation becomes real without leadership able to turn intention into action. Strategies, business plans and technologies produce results only when people and organisations manage to interpret them, make them their own and translate them into new behaviours.
Behind every transformation there is a leadership decision.
A good decision is not measured only at the moment it is taken. It is measured in the options it opens, the capabilities it builds and the value it generates over time.
The decision matters. What it makes possible matters more.
Our commitment
Read the problem before looking for the solution.
We look at every decision in its entirety, relating strategy, capital, governance, people and technology. The most important decisions rarely belong to a single discipline.
Test what appears self-evident.
Our task is not to confirm what the client already thinks, but to build alternatives, examine settled convictions and introduce different perspectives — including taking a different position when it is in the client’s interest.
Turn complexity into a decision.
Analysis, data and scenarios have value when they lead to a choice. We help distinguish what is important from what is merely urgent, weigh trade-offs and consequences, and turn many possibilities into a few clear priorities.
Stay with the client when the decision becomes action.
Our work does not end with a recommendation. Where needed, we stay with the client through the phase in which strategy, governance, deal and transformation meet the reality of the organisation, working alongside management.
Create value beyond the immediate decision.
We assess every choice not only for the result it can produce today, but also for the options, capabilities and value it can build tomorrow.
The question is not only: «Is this the right decision?». It is also: «What will this decision make possible?».
