This is not a contact form. It is three questions — context, ambition, and the decision at stake — and it takes about five minutes.

At the end you receive the firm’s reading of your own question: which practices it touches, which tensions it contains, and the question we would ask you first. If the reading does not reflect what you have set out, tell us, and we will reconsider it. The reading is produced by an artificial intelligence system from what you have entered.

Your details are requested only afterwards, and nothing is transmitted until you decide to send it.

One note: describe roles and functions — “the CFO”, “the minority shareholder” — rather than naming individuals. What matters is the structure of the decision, not the identity of those involved.
